Return Policy:

Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the item. We may request photographic evidence of the damage. Upon verification, we will provide you with instructions for returning the damaged item.

Return Process:To initiate a return for a damaged product, please contact our customer support team at vedicsoul@gmail.com and provide details of the damage.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged item.

Please ensure that the returned product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories and documentation.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund process.

Refund Policy:

Refunds for damaged products will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs for damaged items.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer support team at vedicsoul@gmail.com to request cancellation. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
